Terms & Conditions: Once the initial commitment period ends, membership automatically renews for another term. A written request of cancellation must be made before but no less than 30 days prior to term completion. All spa club members or transfers must redeem complimentary service within the month or treatment is forfeited. No other treatment types can be offered in the program. Complimentary services do not roll-over. Access to facility available to members and guests only on treatment date. Discounts and complementary treatments may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, and/or offers.
