Terms & Conditions:
* Clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment, therapist will wait no more than 15 minutes and those minutes will be deducted from the time of the session booked.
*Only the client is allowed in the office, no companions are allowed or pets.
* All cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance, otherwise the appointment will be charge in full.
* All appointments must be pre-paid and packages, weight loss protocols, detox packages and post surgery packages must be paid in advance and can't be canceled or refunded once payments is done.
* For memberships: Once the initial commitment period ends, membership automatically renews for another term. A written request of cancellation must be made before but no less than 30 days prior to term completion. All spa club members or transfers must redeem complimentary service within the month or treatment is forfeited. No other treatment types can be offered in the program. Complimentary services do not roll-over. Access to facility available to members and guests only on treatment date. Discounts and complementary treatments may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, and/or offers.
